Warning: Don't rely on the two-year warranty or after-sales service. I bought it thinking it was a quality product because it claims a two year warranty and great customer service. I bought the complete kit but noticed that the kit does not come with instructions. I tried contacting the manufacturer for instructions. I googled the Nilight website and the number and email were the same as on the liner in the box. The number goes to the mailbox that says "Welcome to Verizon Wireless Mailbox." I wrote an email and did not receive a reply. I filled out a form on the manufacturer's website and received no response. I'm not sure if this is a bow tie company that took everyone's money and ran away, or if they dishonestly claim to offer a two year warranty and customer service but don't offer them. I'm not sure how anyone can claim a warranty or get customer service if they don't respond or don't respond to paying customers. Do yourself a favor and look for an American owned company, not a company like this that has a warehouse in the US but is owned and operated overseas. The American company offers customer service and guarantees when they say so. Don't believe me, contact the manufacturer before purchasing to make sure I'm telling the truth. Look for another brand.
