I have a slightly above average head size. The opening of the poncho for the face and head is a little tight. Update: October 11, 2018 I wrote the above review after taking a poncho with me on a trip to the mountains of Guatemala. Only when it started to rain did I take out the poncho and found that the opening of the poncho was tight. It still served its purpose but was a bit impractical. I came back and wrote a short and honest review to help those with "above average" minds make an informed decision. I was not disappointed and did not expect Terra Hiker to contact you. They emailed me and asked if I would like to try their new and updated poncho. They sent me one and the adjustable collar section makes it a lot easier to put on. And it is more comfortable to wear because there is a little more space in the neck area. There are two reasons for my five star rating. 1. The poncho is not thin. This keeps you and your gear dry. The adjustable collar section makes it really versatile.2. You didn't have to take care of it and fix it. Your product matches the description. Honestly, the size of my head isn't her fault. But they got in touch and sent me a modified raincoat. No, they didn't ask me to "update" the review, but how could I not after great customer service!
