down won't stay under your head
I think I blame the stiffness of the cover, but the down all moves up above my head no matter how I arrange the pillow. I can't get any support at all. My neck hurts and I'm not able to stay asleep. Perhaps with age the cover will wear enough to be soft and allow the down to stay where I put it. I may try machine washing it, but I know that removes the natural oils in the down and it loses it's loft. Not a good pillow.
