Ordered for Ford f150 4.6l 2v 2004 and right hand chain guide hole too thick for screw. The factory looks the same but the screw hole is countersunk to allow the screw to fit. This is a one-piece metal bushing that is flush on both sides and not recessed. Update: If during installation you find that the bolt on the right side (passenger side) of the chain guide is too short, it is a design change from the Ford, so you only need to replace the bolt, it is a little bit longer.
