Easy to apply and easy to remove

11/27/2020 Updated Review. It was fairly simple and didn't damage the top half, but the area around the toilet and floor had the paint peeling off the wall and I had to putty it. It seems that any area that gets wet or damp causes the adhesive to stick more tightly, damaging it when removed. I wouldn't recommend using this in the bathroom but then again it was an easy fix and our rental company will never know.
