I am very upset and the product is no good.

I have been waxing for many years and have tried every possible method. This epilator doesn't work at all. For 20 minutes I drove them along my unfortunate lower leg in all strains. Buzzes, but does not pull out hair. They all stay put. Moreover, I can’t say that I have impassable jungles and thickets there, no, the average legs are quite. All in all, I would not recommend this device. Money thrown away.
