Didn't work, went back. I won't waste a day trying to get a simple product to work
I returned it. I put it online and my modern Mac never found the device. First there was a problem installing the software as the software is 32-bit and Macs prefer 64-bit software. When it didn't find the device, I checked the website and it was useless. There was no troubleshooting information in the instructions and online PDF. If you enjoy fumbling around to get the product to do what it's supposed to do right away, this could be a fun hobby for you. But if you just want it to work the way it should then this isn't the product for you. I'm not sure how it will work with Windows.
