I am well versed in the stuff I bring into my life. While I'm picky, I'm no snob when it comes to bedding. When I received these sheets, I immediately realized that the quality was sub-par at best. The stiffness of lower thread counts was there (which could possibly soften over time if made from Egyptian or Pima cotton) but the thread count was claimed to be higher and I expected at least some oiliness to show would. It's not like this. The cotton itself did not show me that it was a longer cotton. In no way did it feel like 100% long staple Egyptian cotton of any brand I've bought or come across. In fact, the cotton inside the thread appeared to be very lumpy before being woven into the material. Could it be that the fabric itself is to blame? I like percale, but I'm not a slave to it. It was a stiffer stiffness and I could feel the particles rubbing against my skin as I moved in bed. In fact, it seems to me that there might be junk in my bed, and I constantly ran my fingers over it, looking for grudges only to meet them. Sheet. I have read other reports of crimes similar to those listed above. However, I do not agree with the fact that some people claim that they may have been given different sheets to explain how some were able to leave positive feedback from a positive experience. I have a feeling that perhaps those who thought they might just be alert or sensitive to textures noticed inconsistency with other sheets they own.
