I had gastric sleeve surgery and needed tools to help me eat slower and lighter, control portions and focus on listening to my body , when my new belly is full. This utensil is perfect for the new bariatric patient. They are very durable, easy to clean and fit perfectly in the hand. The only thing that lets you know it's for kids is the cute plush ear on the end. Do not worry. The best part is that you get two sets: I carry one in my bag and the other in the kitchen. The spoon is significantly smaller than my regular spoon as you can see and even smaller than my toddler's plastic cutlery making it perfect for me. I had no cleaning issues as per one review with black stuff on the food. Nothing like that and the edges aren't sharp at all, they pose no danger to me. It's a great price which means I love this set!
