I was able to work remotely with my team in different countries, which can be quite difficult sometimes for people who are more used to face-to-face communication! The best thing is that we were all working together from home at almost same time so it wasn't too hard to coordinate our schedules. Sometimes there would be some delay between us (like when one of us had lunch) but overall this worked well for me as remote worker. It's not perfect yet - they need to improve their customer support system by having better online chat or phone call queues etc. They also could have another option like Skype instead of Zoom where you don't even need an account if someone wants to get into your screen/chat room easily. If anyone doesn't know how to use zoom correctly then just give them demo first before signing up. You will see what i mean about getting stuck while trying to join meetings without knowing exactly.
