The ease of use and the customer service support are what I like best about their product. With Sera Brynns product we were able to manage all of our security programs with one system. The ability to set up alerts for so many different aspects of our network was a valuable tool. The reporting side can get very complex at times but the support team is always willing to help. We had many problems with the software over the years but there was never an issue with their support team. Give it a try.
