Defective item!: Motorcycle & Powersports

I WILL NEVER BUY BORLA PRODUCTS AGAIN! I installed the exhaust at a reputable workshop. The tips do not sit at the same depth, the discrepancy is about two inches. I called tech support and spoke to Ryan who said he had "seen everything" but couldn't resolve the issue. Hung up before it got more sarcastic. Next time I will choose MagnaFlow or Racing Beat!
