Pretty good, I’m still using it

This fit pretty good for me. I am small and thin and I still got it snug enough. It does offer support and trying to slouch is uncomfortable but not painful and doesn’t over correct, it still allows for movement. I can’t wear this and relax but that’s the point is being reminded when you’re not paying attention. It doesn’t prevent you from bending though. It can be made too tight so don’t swaddle your ribs to where you can’t breathe. I need more time with it and to be consistent wearing it but I can see it working over time
