We have several of these devices and use them in digital kiosks. The ratings asked for games, I haven't tried it, but it's really not the right computer. If you need a small, easy-to-use computer to control something, that's great. This one uses about 30% more power than the old ones, so the power supplies aren't interchangeable even though they look the same. It would be unfair to rate their tech support because I've never needed it and to be honest they probably wouldn't have a clue about the application I'm using them for but they have all been reliable.
