I bought a repair kit for old grandfather MCS speakers (Technics/Panasonic) with damaged foam rubber around the edges. I originally planned on re-foaming the kit but these replacement parts were cheaper than the re-foam kit so I figured why not? I received the kit in no time, they fit perfectly in the old speaker box. I cheered for an old beast and these things sound great. Just as good as the old woofers, if not better. My only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to find the positive/negative markings, they are very small and (unlike most speakers) not obvious. On most speakers, either one terminal is smaller than the other, or one terminal is colored red to make it easy to tell which side is positive and which is negative. finally find. It's not that big of a deal so I'm very happy with the product and very happy to be able to hear my 33 again! I must add that the description of this product is a bit misleading, these are not "subwoofers". As described these are standard woofers intended to be used as a replacement for the standard unpowered speaker boxes in home stereo systems (see my image uploaded above).
