I went to Florida for a week knowing I needed to stay hydrated, swell less when walking, and save money on buying drinks during the trip (bought a bottle of filtered water). I thought it would be a great alternative as artificial sweeteners give me a lot of headaches (like aspartame) after reading labels on similar products. I was very excited about this product, but the smell/taste was not to my liking at all. I tried different amounts of water and really wished it would work for me, but unfortunately the blood orange flavor just didn't work. I thought the flavor profile would be the same as Powerade/Gatorade but with an added "orange" flavor. However, the concept exists: easy to pack/take away and simply pop in a water bottle. It may work for your taste, so give it a try and see; just not for me
