Review on Dulytek Retrofit Two Channel Heat Plate Kit - 3X6 Anodized Aluminum Caged Plates For 10-20 Ton Hydraulic/Air Presses by Hector Sosa

These plates are beautiful to look at, and just as beautiful to press with! I paired them with a 10 ton shop press, and the results have been stellar. These come with the same high quality electronics (including built in timer) as the Dulytek presses themselves (I also own their 6000 electric model and previously the DM1500). The product comes out exactly as you want and control is infinite between the P.I.D. controller and the press itself. Yields have been between 17-26% depending on material in, and that is with 2 presses.no bag and pressing about 11 grams per press.I find pressing with these at 210-220d F works best depending on material. RH of between 62-65% seems to get the best results. I will be upping the quantity pressed shortly by adding bags and also will be pressing fresh frozen this winter.
