Bob is very sensitive.

Often, random noises like the dog scratching would activate (expected), but you have to clap loudly and sometimes repeatedly to activate on purpose (annoying).

Pros

Perfect for people who forget to turn off appliances before leaving the house

Cons

The switch may not work well if there's a lot of ambient noise in the home
