This is a really great product, especially for the price. I was interested in the X3 bar, but no way I was going to pay $550. This seems to do the same, but costs way less. Buy yourself a few wall mount anchors and you can do all kinds of exercises with this kit .
- awesome for workouts!!!! Gives me that extra tension , very easy to use.
- The bar is very short and hooks are not included
