Arrived broken in kitchen and dining area

The boxes were well packaged but one still arrived broken and I was told they wouldn't send a replacement so I'd have to return everything and reorder to to fix a problem. That's why I don't want to order from this company anymore. It shouldn't be that hard to fix a problem they caused. I'm afraid others will break easily now. The plastic is pretty thin.
