For 1 year old twins, they are ideal for washing hands, face and hair after dirty (read every time) meals. We also use them in the bathroom to dry our hands. It can get a bit more expensive but firstly you don't have to walk around with clean towels for visitors and secondly there are no awkward moments where you realize you should have but forgot. They are ideal for wiping down items you may have wrapped without checking, dusting thin glass and china. And finally, I used it to polish my husband's shoes. He firmly believes that people always bring their shoes to the store to be cleaned and polished!
