I found out too late that it had to be either a 16" insert or a 20" case, so I made a 20" insert into an 18" case! The case is really white. Due to the large size, the pillow had to be folded in half to put it in, but the zipper does not tighten. The zipper is white with white pull and very neat. The pillow insert still needs some adjustment to lay flat, but that's fine. This is what I call a memorial pillow - I made this for a family member when she lost her 65 year old husband. It was made using Avery t-shirt transfer paper and an Epson inkjet printer. I paid for the right to use the Winnie the Pooh quote. The pad I used is fluffy and soft and I'm sure it will bring lots of hugs and tears.
