Don't expect any help from their support

I wanted to change or disable the uctronics logo that appears on the screen when it is first turned on. Their support told me I couldn't do it myself, they had to do it for me and the minimum order for a logo change was 1000 screens. The screen itself works fine but their support is terrible.
