I used the backup function and it works fine; However, when I tried mounting the camera on the license plate, it was aimed too high and there wasn't enough adjustment to aim down. I just had to install it on the back door of my minivan to get the right view. Also, the red-yellow-green alignment bars are stuck in the air instead of underneath. Image quality is terrible as the resolution overwhelms. It's a great concept, but too cheap to be anything other than a toy. Recommend a better system than this.
