This is just a cheap fan trying to pass for a portable air conditioner. The idea is that you put water/ice in the tank and it cools the room. I ordered it because I'm pregnant and wake up sweaty. It didn't cool the room. In fact, I still had to wake up 3 times a night to fill up the stupid tank. When I didn't fill it, it was just a weak, noisy fan. I returned it and bought a cheaper and more powerful fan that gives me much cooler cooling.
