Good customer service!

Out of service. I will send them back. I even replaced the batteries with Duracell. They don't heat or seal pouches - buy something else for your stockings! Update: Wonderful customer service. I received broken chip seals and the sellers contacted and fixed everything. I recommend buying in this shop!
