Review on Martin and Associates by Doug Layman

They are very knowledgeable about QuickBooks products/services and have been able to leverage it for us in many ways. I like that they are open minded and willing to listen what we need from them which makes things easier than if we were just going through an automated process with a system that was not flexible enough or didn't understand how to work with my business needs. Sometimes there can be some lag time between when you notify them of something and their response but this isn't too much of a problem because once they respond you realize they took your thoughts into consideration. We still haven't had any issues where I would say "this should've happened sooner". It's really helping keep track of all aspects of running my small business efficiently - everything from payroll to taxes to bookkeeping! I like that they have been able to help us with all of our business needs. They are very knowledgeable in their field and we appreciate that. The only thing I dislike about them is when you call for an appointment you can't always get someone right away. But other than that everything has been great. We've used M&A for many years now and they have never let us down.
