Review on 💿 Dell DW316 Black USB DVD Drive by Giovanni Bedjohn

I bought this product new with a Dell machine and it stopped working after 18 months. The replacement device stopped working after less than 8 months. He hardly ever leaves his seat, so it's not like he's been transported too much. The madness of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result? I was hoping to get a warranty on a broken replacement, so I bought a third one. He broke the record in 2.5 months. Revain does not allow returns after 30 days and the Dell website is incomprehensible on how to find a fix. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. That is trash. I have 3 broken devices to prove it.
