If we consider it by analogy with a conventional 3D printer, it’s trite, the nozzle or thermal barrier is clogged (but as far as I understand, the pen doesn’t have one - and this is the cause of the problems). The thermal insulation of the tip of the handle is removed (there are two plastic latches, pressed with your fingers), the heating element and the nozzle are made disgustingly. For the money they could do better. I'll try to clean the nozzle with a drill for a 3D printer, most likely it will work. Until the next crash. But in general, the design is disgusting, clumsy and absolutely not thought out (unlike 3D printers). Well, in general - the situation is disgusting, the pen was bought as a gift for a child on New Year's Eve - and the fact that it stopped working, of course, did not cause positive emotions.
