The bad first: When I started building, the first screw I needed was missing and I couldn't easily replace it with my own. I called Olympia Tools, left a message on their website, emailed and didn't get a positive response that they would replace the missing screw, but after about a week and a half a package arrived with a replacement screw and a couple of extra screws to put on I didn't need either. . A post that it was on the way would be nice. The instructions could have been a bit more detailed and the accompanying images a bit larger and clearer, but the only real frustration I actually had was installing the rear feet on the unit. They are supposed to fit the rack, but the processing of the racks was imprecise and I had to hammer the legs into the posts just to line up the screw holes. It's almost the last thing you do to build it, so it's been very frustrating to go this far with the possibility that I won't be able to complete the build after all. A little hammering (and swearing) finally helped and the build was successfully completed. Now for the good: everything works perfectly. It folds for storage and weighs only 28 pounds, making it easy to carry to where you need it and open it up. I'm a 65 year old, 5'6" female in good shape but definitely not a bodybuilder or powerlifter. This takes a lot of strain off my back when chopping wood and keeps the chainsaw from accidentally hitting the ground and becoming blunt. Chain. I would never put a 660 pound log on the sawhorses (the maximum weight they can handle) because I wouldn't be able to pull that much weight onto the saw, but I have logs up to 1/4" in diameter cut to 12ft 10" No problem. Changing the position of the chain for each new log takes some time due to the locking mechanism that locks the chain as it moves up, but is otherwise fairly quick and easy to set up to handle multiple Cutting logs one by one I haven't tried cutting multiple small logs at once so I'm not sure how that would work but he claims you can't do it can. When I cut it feels stable and secure. I would recommend this for the way it works. but not very satisfied with the problem of missing parts and assembly problems.
