Well I bought this charcoal to burn Greek incense tears. I usually buy Greek round charcoal, but for some reason I decided to try this one too. I figured the rectangular shape would provide a wider surface area that would hold more incense sticks. Tears of Greek incense should be placed over or between burning coals and burn evenly. A mixture of different incense sticks is often used, so an "even" burn is a must to create that pleasant blend of fragrant smoke. I didn't come up with "evenly lit" because the heat didn't go beyond an edge and simply went out after the laborious ignition process. Well, this charcoal didn't live up to expectations. Only a small fragment of it was lit for a very long time. I followed the routine and held a piece over the candle, noticed it wasn't working as usual so switched to a more powerful gas lighter and waited, waited. After a while it would illuminate a corner or edge and that corner would only shine for a few minutes before it went out. I don't know if the coal is wet or what the problem is. He never set fire to anything. So it's useless. it stops (note that the flame was applied in multiple places and on different surfaces) To increase the heat I tried blowing or aerating it like I usually do, but that didn't help, it spread only around the white ash. Unusual thing I attach a photo of 3 pieces, I tried to light 2 pieces and a new one to compare the size and size. g how many used ones burned out. Note that the incense was not burned as the surface of the charcoal was never heated. Returns are not accepted even if the item is defective. Is it worth talking about burnt expectations?
