I bought this to replace an old genie screw drive. The installation went smoothly - the device is definitely quieter and works as expected. An issue I encountered while installing Aladdin that might help someone else: I downloaded the app and added Opener during the initial install a few weeks ago, but didn't finish setting up the Wi-Fi connection etc. This got the app running continued with an error that didn't show up in the cloud and the setup button kept flashing green. The solution was to remove and re-add the in-app openers, after which the installation went smoothly. There may be an issue with openers registering but then becoming inactive if setup isn't completed immediately - I read somewhere about phone support telling someone the registration "expired". Other than that, it works smoothly within the app - although, as expected, there are lags.
