Review on 🧔 Remington All-in-One Grooming Kit PG6025: Lithium Powered 8 Piece Set - Trimmer, Shaver, Clippers, Beard & Stubble Combs by Shannon Smith

I bought it as a gift but I heard some negative comments which I want to share in this review. Nowhere in the instructions that came with this trimmer is the battery charge time explained. I found it odd that there is no explanation of how to charge the battery or how to know when charging is complete. It has an indicator light, but it doesn't seem to go off when the battery is fully charged. After 4 hours of charging, if you use the trimmer for about 1 minute, you can hear the motor start to slow down. Within 4-5 minutes of full use, on a 4-hour charge, the battery is almost empty. Repeating with an 8 hour charge gives the same results. The battery must be weak or very bad. Whether the built-in battery will work for some time is questionable. The trimmer should run on battery for more than 4-5 minutes. Since there are no instructions, you don't really know when the battery is fully charged. I sent a message to the manufacturer's tech support about a week ago with questions about the charger and battery and still haven't received a response. The trimmer seems to be below average in terms of trimming and performance. The word I heard was "mediocre". It is disappointing that this trimmer appears subpar and does not live up to the manufacturer's description.
