Check bolts and nuts.

Cylinder replacement locks work well, but the bolts that hold the locks in place (after you've drilled the rivets as instructed) are fine thread and the nuts are medium thread. Luckily I always have a few jars of extra nuts and bolts so I could find the right nuts for the bolts.
