I love that it is easy to navigate through all of my options for contacting you. It's also great how they offer different ways to get in touch with them via social media as well! They were very quick at responding when we had questions about our account setup process or using their platform. The only thing I really disliked was having multiple accounts set up under one user but if there are more people working together then this can be useful so not much dislike here from me other than maybe some confusion during training or onboarding time. A simple system to keep track of internal communications regarding employee safety concerns. This allows us to communicate quickly and easily with employees who have submitted reports without putting sensitive information into an inbox where others could see it too (and potentially share).
