How's that a budget laptop!?
This laptop has to be the best budget laptop I have ever used. Very affordable at only around $400. It operates at 2.7 GHz and can reach up to 3.7 GHz at maximum performance. It requires a fairly simple setup that will allow you to use the device for a few minutes. Internet speed is very high! That was good for me as a student. In addition, it can play light to medium games with almost no problems. I've been playing games like Hearts of Iron 4 and the game seems to be running pretty well.
