This laptop looked fine for repair, small dent near cable connector but otherwise very clean. Arrived quickly, it had a good layer of bubble wrap on it. Unfortunately I have to send it back as the mouse doesn't respond properly, lags so much and then all of a sudden works and then doesn't. This laptop has to be the best budget laptop I have ever used. Very affordable at only around $400. It operates at 2.7 GHz and can reach up to 3.7 GHz at maximum performance. It requires a fairly simple setup that will allow you to use the device for a few minutes. Internet speed is very high! That was good for me as a student. In addition, it can play light to medium games with almost no problems. I've been playing games like Hearts of Iron 4 and the game seems to be running pretty well.

Dell Laptop is a great purchase and looks brand new. Even more impressive, however, is the seller's customer service. There was a small problem and I contacted the seller via email. They responded within minutes, we discussed the issue and resolution is on the way. Very impressive and refreshing to work with a seller who understands the value of good customer service. I will buy more units from this seller.

I had problems straight away, I went to the web browser, downloaded Google Chrome and it turned off, after four tries turned it on, it said it was overheating, the fan doesn't seem to work, checked the diagnostics, the fan came on briefly and said everything is fine, the laptop overheated again and the fan wouldn't come on. I like everything about this laptop and am very satisfied, with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM my gaming experience is more comfortable than before but I still suck with it. lol. Email, Facebook, Youtube. Solid laptop for the money. W10 Pro, backlit keyboard, SSD, mouse pacifier if you like it. The 6th gen i5 isn't the newest in the world, but it's fast enough for web/office work. There's also a nice docking port if you want to buy Dell's proprietary docking station for more 35. The only negatives are the lack of a CD drive (not a problem for me) and the lack of a removable battery.
