The customer service is horrible. I am a registered user and the reps will not take any action without being told what the issue is. I called last week because I couldn't access my site. They tried to reset the password but said they could not. I was told that if I didn't receive a response from their team within 24 hours that I would lose access to my account. This is ridiculous. After waiting 48 hours, I called again and was transferred to another rep. She took my request and asked me to send her a screenshot. A few minutes later she told me that she had looked into the issue and that she thought she had fixed it. Then she sent me a screen shot saying that I could access my site. But the next morning I was back to square 1. I went to the Helpdesk and talked to someone there. He said he'd look into it. That was last Monday. On Wednesday, I called and spoke to him again. He still hadn't looked into it. By Thursday, I finally got someone to look into it.
