Customer Service is terrible.- my review about GLG

The customer service is horrible. I am a registered user and the reps will not take any action without being told what the issue is. I called last week because I couldn't access my site. They tried to reset the password but said they could not. I was told that if I didn't receive a response from their team within 24 hours that I would lose access to my account. This is ridiculous. After waiting 48 hours, I called again and was transferred to another rep. She took my request and asked me to send

  • Great support - I have no complaints about them.
Cons
  • Bad customer service - No one is taking responsibility for the problems or addressing them
  • When you call for help, it seems like the problem is always yours.

  • They will help you find any issues and work to resolve them immediately.
  • They make sure to keep you updated on everything during your project so that you can be confident that what they are doing is correct and they aren't making things worse.
Cons
  • You need to know that this is going to cost money upfront and it could delay things.
  • The one downside to working with them is that they require a contract before starting work and you have to sign off that you won't be working with anyone else until the project is complete.
