Warms up after a day of work - monitor turns off

I've been using it since December and it started to work poorly. It's getting hot after a day's work and lately my monitor has been turning off. I went to Amazon chat and they let me return it and replace it with another product. Consider an Anker brand transducer instead. I tried to save money but in the end it wasn't worth it. Quality is more important than quantity.
