Review on Seating Printed Mandala Ottoman Meditation by Ben Walls

I only ordered a pillow on July 16th which is actually a pillowcase, delivery date was August 20th. Then it was late with an expected delivery date of August 24th. I was supposed to check out on August 28th and when it still hadn't arrived I asked to cancel the delivery. I was denied a cancellation due to "technical problems" and it was actually not delivered until September 6th, after which I didn't live there anymore. They asked me to remove my negative review because the product was delivered. To be honest I don't think they even read my complaint. In short, only order from them if you can wait months for delivery and understand from the start that the product description is inaccurate that it is a "pillow" and you need to order foam inserts. I'm also not sure why the description says it can be used as a bedspread or indoor/outdoor. This material cannot be used for either.
