It's very well made and coated so I don't expect any corrosion issues for a long time. There was/is a lot to consider. One of the design issues mentioned by others is that the grip is smaller than the OEM unit. Sizing can be an issue in the northern states in the winter when wearing thick gloves or mittens. This isn't a problem if you're using it barehanded or with lighter gloves. The second issue was a minor installation issue. Rivets 6mm x 1mm. A nut with a diameter of 6 mm is screwed by hand only on 2/3 of the nut. If I had used a head the nut would most likely fit with no problems. I didn't want to risk having a set of metric taps and dies so I used the correct size/pitch for both bolts. I was able to basically hand rotate the stamp so it wasn't too big, maybe some of the ink stains were thick.
