Comes in full color retail packaging. Inside: user manual, USB capture card. Simple instructions. Connect the capture card (output) to the USB port of the PC. Connect a full-length HDMI cable to the (input) of the capture card that works with your camera. Use a small wrist strap with a metal loop on the side of the capture card. (not included) Now I can hang it up when not in use. For testing I used an old Nikon DSLR and an HDMI cable. I also have Elgato Cam Link 4k for testing. Results during my 1080p recording at 30 fps. All my shots were filmed with OBS. So in the end it uses USB 2.0 and the maximum output signal is 1920 x 1080 at 30 frames per second. The difference is over $100 and Elgato is capable of 60 fps and USB 3.0. This is a great portable capture card that is very well made. 1080p at 30 fps, I will be using this device all day. No fuss and works out of the box again. This is possibly the only USB capture card I've seen with a strap loop. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to record live streams or HD videos. The capture card weighs only 0.5 ounces. Hope that helps.
