DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DURABLE TO SEAT
UPDATE 03/18. Finally a new back and the holes are wider than the original. Instead of offering a backup they promised me to try a refund from Revain. The problem is it's been over 3 months so I can't get a refund. It's a nice chair, but the holes on the bottom of the cushion don't match, making the chair unstable. Every time I get up, my arms fall down and it seems like they're about to break. I go back and forth with True Customer Support from the manufacturer and they ship a new back cover but if that doesn't help I have to wait because it's a back order?!?! So now I'm waiting for a new rear triangle, which probably won't even fix the problem. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. FOR THE PRICE YOU SHOULD FIND SOMETHING ELSE THAT IS DURABLE.
