I like this raincoat. My dog doesn't like rain, but he can endure it long enough to use the potty if he's wearing a raincoat. The measurements given are accurate as they fit her just right. Velcro holds up well. There are small elastic bands on the back to attach the jacket to the dog's hind legs, but I never used them because everything is fine without them. When my dog and I come in I can just take her jacket off and fold it up so all the water stays in the jacket. When my dog tries to shake off the rain, nothing happens because it's still dry!
