I like this raincoat. My dog doesn't like rain, but he can endure it long enough to use the potty if he's wearing a raincoat. The measurements given are accurate as they fit her just right. At first I bought and tried several other brands and they didn't seem made with the dog's roughness in mind and they all broke after a few uses. This raincoat is the exact opposite, well made, with plenty of room to adjust both straps and the seams are sewn solidly.
