Love it! The 5xl fits my 62lb (still growing) collie well - she is tall, long and skinny so the waist belt is definitely quite loose but between the front buckle, the leash holding it in place and the rear leg straps I can use it if needed, it doesn't seem to matter. Keeps her super dry and super cute. We get so many compliments. I love that it has velcro on the front so I don't have to put it on and take it off over her head and I also like the two different holes for leash access - she has a few different straps with clips on different places so I've used both (although one is theoretically designed to be attached to a collar). We don't use the top, but it rolls up quite easily. It is lightweight and feels breathable but is durable and of good quality. Excellent purchase. I would say if she were a man would a waist strap COULD interfere with peeing? It's a bit far back. But it's not, so I can't say for sure, and as a woman, she has no problem with that.
