Review on ProMES by Maxwell Thomas

I like how easy it was for me as an employee, when receiving my monthly report from this software! The reporting options are very helpful in determining which areas need improvement or where i am excelling compared with other employees within our team/company!! Nothing so far but all of these programs have been great at helping us improve upon what we do best (and also learning new things).

This program has helped increase transparency throughout different departments by creating better communication between supervisors & subordinates alike through regular meetings via video conference calls etc..
