Review on Kesnos 4000 Sq. Ft Home Dehumidifier for Basement, Bedroom with Intelligent Humidity Control, Continuous Drain Hose, and Wheels by Michael Tran

A year after building the house, we found out that the builder didn't arrange the external drainage very well. We got mold in all three unfinished lots in our basement that we used for our farming operation. We ordered this dehumidifier, plugged it in, set it up (easy even without accompanying instructions), and almost immediately the humidity dropped 20% and stayed that way. We didn't install permanent drainage, but once the humidity dropped, the tanks had to be emptied a maximum of twice a week. Customer service was also very responsive when we had a small question.
