Kesnos 4000 Sq. Ft Home Dehumidifier for Basement, Bedroom with Intelligent Humidity Control, Continuous Drain Hose, and Wheels Review

I purchased this dehumidifier for use in my basement to reduce humidity and increase comfort in the area. This is a great product, very easy to set up, the handle and wheels make installation easy, the controls are easy to access and understand, and the auto drain option makes it very convenient! In our basement we already feel a huge difference in comfort. Great price and great quality!

This dehumidifier works well in a relatively large open area. I would like less noise, especially at high speeds. There are only two speed settings and low speed is not a good option for me in many cases. In some cases I have found that when the room humidity has dropped 2% below the setpoint, the dehumidifier will continue to operate with automatic adjustment. Threshold. I'm not sure if this is intentional or if it's a bug.

I can't believe how quiet this dehumidifier is! I thought it wasn't activated because I didn't hear it, but it worked. It works great in our basement, keeps it nice and dry. The only negative - I didn't realize there was no pump to drain constantly, it works by gravity. The pipe we poured it into was too tall, so we had to raise the dryer up a bit to take advantage of the continuous drain. We've had this for a month or two and so far I would recommend this dehumidifier.

This machine has removed 1-2 gallons of water from my damp apartment since I installed it. I assume that once the situation is under control you will need to empty less often. A year after building the house, we found out that the builder didn't arrange the external drainage very well. We got mold in all three unfinished lots in our basement that we used for our farming operation.
